Subcontractor Suitability Requirements

It is a baseline expectation of transferees and our customers that the relocating employee and family are comfortable with every individual contracted to perform work on behalf of MSS and who enter the transferees’ residence.  This is why MSS has been a leading advocate of quality labor standards in the third party service relocation industry.

We are proud to champion the idea that all individuals who conduct in-home service work meet industry-espoused Suitability Requirements and be subject to criminal background checks.  Efforts are now underway to ensure that our core subcontractors are prohibited to assign any person to an MSS Service Request Order who does not meet MSS Suitability Requirements.
